Kotal Company has been operating since 2004 and for the first three years, focussed on the construction and building of schools and hospitals for the Kurdistan Regional Government. Since 2007, Kotal Company refocussed on the production of custom and standard sized cement board houses, sandwich panel caravans and prefabricated buildings.

The factory at Kotal Company operates 6 days a week (except Friday) from 0600 hours to 1800 hours in two shifts. We are able to increase this meet specific customer requirements or project demands. In addition to offsite caravan and prefabricated building development, we have 4 trucks with cranes that allow us to execute onsite as per the customer requirements.
